Store Policies

Payment:

Payments are accepted exclusively through Pay Pal and must be received as USD (United States Dollars). Payments can be made by using a Pay Pal account or any major credit card.

Ordering:

Orders will be accepted from Residents of the United States only.  Persons placing orders must be 18 years of age or older.

Shipping:

A standard fee of $7.00 for shipping, insurance and handling will be charged to all shipments to addresses within the Continental United States.  Our standard method of shipping will be by Priority Mail Flat Rate using USPS.  If your shipment was received in a damaged condition please contact us immediately at: judy@gemsinthemyst.com and report the details of the condition of the shipment.

Returns:

We must be informed within 14 days of the shipping date of your intent to return your purchase (all or part). E-mail us at: sales@gemsinthemyst.com with your reasons for returning your item(s).  Item(s) must be returned undamaged, in original new condition and in the original packaging material.  The item(s) must be insured for full value.  Shipping costs must be pre-paid.

Your Purchase Price will be refunded via Pay Pal when we have received and inspected your returned item(s); and all above conditions have been met. Costs for shipping , insurance and handling will not be refunded.

Quality Control:

Customer satisfaction and our ability to make quality jewelry products are very important to us.  We recognize that breakage or damage due to design or workmanship may occur; and we are willing to work with you to repair your piece. We cannot be responsible for breakage or damage to gemstones, as these are natural products subject to unknown stresses and chemical damage by improper handling, cleaning and environmental conditions.

Custom Orders:

We will accept custom orders for wire-wrapped jewelry for a minimum fee of $50.00 plus cost of materials. Overall costs will depend on the complexity of the design. You may chose a stone in our inventory or provide one of your own.  If you provide a gemstone to us to wrap, we will handle it with care, as if it were our own.  However, we cannot be responsible for any breakage or damage to the stone that may occur during wire-wrapping.
